Owner: Ralph Marano
Owned by one of the world’s preeminent Packard collectors, Ralph Marano, this 1930 Packard 740 boasts an eight-cylinder, 385 cubic-inch power plant that produces 106 horsepower fed by twin Stromberg carburetors and a three-speed transmission.
It has participated in the Massachusetts Hill Climb. While the Packard’s body, engine and suspension have been upgraded since new, the car – hand-crafted in all steel – maintains its original rear end.
